Anyway, I have had my school rocking chair in my dining room all summer painting it. I was fortunate that a friend/colleague gave my this rocking chair (I think the kids use it more than me!). However, I got it in the middle of the year and I never realized how much it needed painted. Here it is after I painted it. It was a work in progress most of the summer. I would paint a little and then stare at it for a week and then finally paint a little more. A motivational story in procrastination!
Here are some freebies for Manic Monday over at Classroom Freebies. Hope everyone has a great week full of finished summer products!

Learning Is Something to Treasure
The fiancée was helping me cut out my laminating tonight and clean up was a mess because it just jumps out of your hands and hides under furniture. But it's so much fun to laminate.
ReplyDeleteI love your rocking chair! I'm actually going to stain mine tomorrow. I've never stained anything before so hopefully all goes well!
